We have tried several brands and have found that the CVS brand works very well and is reasonably priced. The fact that the tabs can be opened and closed without tearing the brief is a great feature.

Using it for a bed-bound adult. Great fasteners, they can be readjusted and won't tear brief. Top edge at waist/hip has no elastic, so it lays nice and flat against skin, without running the risk of marking up the skin and causing skin breakdown.
These are two VERY important features that other name-brand briefs do not have.
When using for an extended period of time (like when traveling to an appointment) need to add a pad for extra absorbency.
Also, less expensive than name-brands.
Great product, highly recommend it!

I bought a pack of these, and I am not having very good luck with the fastener tabs. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to expose the sticky side of the tabs. It seems that I have wasted $45.96 + tax
